Joined when buying new car. Arranged fitment to be fitted Wednesday at 3pm no one came I phoned them getting cut of by 2 people and 2 people who could get back to me. One eventually phoned back and said sorry technician cannot come and arranged for the next day at 3pm. Again no one phones nor one pitches. Then best of al I get a message your account is 600 in arrears and for them to be able to provide service i need to settle this. No one delivered the service to come and install my panic alarm and now being charged for something I never received.
