I received an sms informing me that my unit or device is faulty and i should book it in for repair. I then went to cartrack offices with the hope that the unit will be fixed only to find out that the unit is out of warranty and i should pay an amount of six hundred rand for repairs. How do i pay for the repairs of the unit that i actually pay for every month??? They are terribly failing to render their services and if they dont get this fixed in 7 working days from today im afraid im going to cancel the contract and get a better tracking institution. I WILL NOT PAY THE R600, NEVER!!!

15 Aug 2019, 08:53I just got an sms saying that my unit was tested yesterday the 14th and is now working but when i check on my app it shows that my car is in midrand and im currently in Johannesburg cbd, clearly the device is not working. my question is how was it fixed becauses i didnt take my vehicle in for repairs??? I was promised that someone would call me of which they never did. After all this hassles they still debited my monthly premium!!! If i dont get a call from them today im going to reverse my funds and terminate the contract
