Incompetency

I took a contract with Car tracker on 2nd October 2024, on the 4th October 2024 a technician ( Francois) came to fit the device (technician code CT12100) at my workplace, he did a precheck of the vehicle while i was with him, he then asked me to leave. he called me after 2hours to tell me he is done with the fitment.

On the 5th October (Saturday) in the morning i noticed that my boot was hard and had to bang the door to close it and the the cabin hole was loose also, on the 7th October i called cartrack to inform them about this observation, i was assured that a technician will come and have a look at it, on the 8th i called again no one came, no email no calls.

On the 9th October 2024 in the morning still no calls from maintenance or technicians.i called and asked to cancel my contract because now the 5 days cooling period was about to expire and i will be sitting with this issue for the next 36 months of the contract.

I called again to inquire on how i can get my car fixed since its their technicians who ruined my car i was told that i have to pay R600 called out fees.

On the 22 October 2024 i took my car back to the dealership, they evaluated the car and adjusted the boot a bot and gave me a written formal report that i should take the car back to the people who installed the device, i emailed *** on the 23 October 2024 i sent them the report from the dealership and all the pictures of the damaged cabin hole, to still this date i haven't received a response or a call from them. i also called on the 23rd October i was transferred from 1 person to the other until the call got cut off on their side.

I was willing to reactivate the device but because of their in competencies i don't want their contract anymore i want my car fixed and their device removed!
