Incompetency

Getting the worst experience ever with car track , wish I made a better choice and went for a different company. Car track keeps sending messaging me saying I didn't pay and I made the payment . Sent proof of payment even bank statements. I called them so they can allocate my payment but still they keep saying I haven't paid and they are escalating the matter. Really disappointed
