Incompetence! CARTRACK AGENTS are ***********

Very *********** bunch of consultants, a tracking device was fitted under my name in someone else’s vehicle and I keep receiving calls to pay for a service I didn’t receive. I told the agent to cancel and I nolonger need this service due to long calls and waiting to speak to escalations, I would never recommend this company even the agent himself recommended that I use a different provider due to the incompetence of car track!!! Why must I get a call daily after the last agent advised that it has been resolved??? Do I really have to keep saying the same thing?? What is this a game??
