Incompetence at Cartrack
Yesterday I lost my car in JHB, I could not remember where it was parked. I called cartrack for assistance. All they could tell me was that my car is in Newtown/Marshaltown. I was transferred to the recovery unit and they claimed my car had been towed. I ended up calling bolt and asking the driver to help me find my car. We drove around until we found it. I pay cartrack every month yet in my hour of need they were so ***********!!! I need a new cartrack company

02 Jun 2026, 14:05Guys why am I getting non stop calls about installing a dash cam in my car and ofcourse that means more money in the pocket of cartrack yet on the 24 of April 2024 when I desparately needed your help with finding my car in JHB CBE you disappointed me so excellently by telling me my car is parked near a shoprite USAVE (I later learned it was a pick n pay not a USAVE) then on my second call another one of your agents told me the car is probably towed. I had to pay a bolt driver to drive me around the area and thats how we found my car. You said you would investigate and never got back to me about your findings. Communicate those findings to me before blowing up my phone in an attempt to get more money out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!
