Incompetence and unprofessional!

Called in at the customer care line to get assistance regarding my App which does not record accurate information. A rude gentleman by the name of Thabo took the call. Never ever has a consultant been so dislocated and unprofessional during a call! I am so furious because this issue is not being resolved and he was uninterested in helping!
