Incompetence

I have tried and failed to reach you telephonically through the Cartrack customer helpline. I am astounded by the lack of logic, internal communication and service delivery at Cartrack.

Surely you recall that the amount in dispute was CREDITED to me by Cartrack (after 10months of no service delivery). I thought it was resolved but the issue was perpetuated by Cartrack then claiming the amount back again a few days later?

Please explain the logic?

Why have you not informed your finance/accounts department of this issue? Why have you failed to change the contact details to the correct user after months of repeated communication? Why do we continue to receive harassing phone calls and threatening messages even after-hours and after cancellation has been communicated to you repeatedly?

NB: You have also ignored all my emails asking for the recording of the call made to Prof Lourens Terblanche on the morning of 30 July around 07h35 where he was verbally harassed by one of your rude call center agents. I requested this on the same day and more than once since. Why are you ignoring a client's request? Clients are legally entitled to the recordings of calls made to them.

I expect you to communicate the situation to your relevant departments and effectively cease this ongoing incompetence.
