Incompetence

I was being followed by a suspecious vehicle after my car was previously ****** by a similar car and I was told to drive to the nearest police station, no response team dispatched I then drove to a filling station and my insurance company sent me an armed guard to escort me home, when I called the control room explained my situation the consultant transfered me to the technical department, really as if there was a problem with the unit, and I was transfered back to the control room where the supervisor checked on me regularly.
