In October 2023, i was ****** at gun point & the ******s demanded my Standard Bank app pin number & also demanded my card pin & i was ****** +- R12000.00 & when i reported the ******* to Standard Bank & they told there's nothing they could do cause i gave the ******s my pin willingly, fast forward 2025 i paid someone R300.00 from my banking app only to find out that account is no longer active & i called the Standard Bank call centre & they told me that the will be refunded to my account in 2 to 3 working days & that didn't i went to Maponya Mall Standard Bank branch they also told me & they said if they were to help me in the branch, they were going to R350.00 & 2weeks down the line i haven't received my refund
