In more than 50 years in business Internationally Cartrack is the most disfunctional organisation I have ever come across ! They don't respond to emails, their CEO Escalations ( yes they need one ! ) has taken nearly a month to confirm a meeting with their divisional heads, their telepone operators say they are not alliwed to give out names when asked who the client services ( ha ha ! ) supervisor is. In installing an App on my phone their technician got me locked out. The phone had to be wiped clean and I lost all my data, emails, WhatsApps, everything. I can go on and on but the long and short of it is they WILL NOT schedule a meeting to discuss the ongoing problems I am/have experienced with them. John Thomson
