Car Track what is blacklisted? When a client asks monies to be paid why dont you inform them of their discounts and this blacklisting amount? Why is the client not allowed to speak to a Team leader? Is it right for Sithabiso Khumalo to refuse me to speak to a Team.leader after he withheld information for me on the account? Is Sithabiso Khumalo allowed to hangup on the client? Please correct this behaviour from this Consultant its not acceptable. Can a Manager contact me about this.
