Their app malfunction a lot first time it started by showing wrong location for my car saying my car is at some place while my car was home it did that for 48 hours after it started to show past locations instead of the present one. I then tried to communicate the matter via email with a screenshot attached,no one responded. I tried via WhatsApp and sent a screenshot also i got a reply after 3 days and the reply was " was your matter resolved", i then rep**** "no" and i never heard anything again Second time i couldn't log in for two days, i couldn't check on my car for 2 days cos the app was not working and when it allowed me to login after 2 days it showed the past locations of when i couldn't log in for 2 days instead of the present ones. Now since yesterday the 9th of September the whole day it started again, i cant log in til Today the 10th. Even now i cant log in. Earlier today i tried commenting on thie page on Facebook with my problem, one one rep****. They were only replying to those who were commenting that they are interested. I guess they dont care about the safety if our cars, all they care about its our money.
