Im very unhappy with their service and i feel abused emotionally because this is ongoing

My 36 month contract ended in June and i ask for the cancellation they told me the cancellation dept is going to call and they call their calls get cut off before we finish talking or the person called me will drop a call on my ear when i ask why they cant cancel and they will call again next month and tell me im behind with the payment of a certain amount im tired of paying for something i dont understand and they call every hour please my contract has ended let them delete me from thier records i beg them in the name of God.
