I’m very disappointed at CARTRACK service, I’ve had their service for the past year paying R280 and I just bought another car and asked them to relocate the same service on a new car then they tell me that I should pay R800 fee at which I fail to underst

I’m very disappointed at CARTRACK service, I’ve had their service for the past year paying R280 and I just bought another car and asked them to relocate the same service on a new car then they tell me that I should pay R800 fee at which I fail to understand thus the device is still in working condition. Why should I pay high rates of once off fee? At this point I rather opt for another service provider
