I’m upset with the fact that I had to call Cartrack to notify them of an accident i was involved in yet the device has an impact detection system in it that was supposed to alert Cartrack and immediately have someone call me as follow up

I’m upset with the fact that I had to call Cartrack to notify them of an accident i was involved in yet the device has an impact detection system in it that was supposed to alert Cartrack and immediately have someone call me as follow up. So the system doesnt work. However i highly rate the service of Pamela Mjwacu who assisted me when i called in to query on the Impact detection system and also track my vehicles location as it was towed. She is excellent she called me back as she had promised and she was friendly the entire time. The low rating is for cartrack and not Pamela who deserves 5 stars and a holiday
