I'm struggling to use your car track app

I'm struggling to use your car track app. Each time I try to check my vehicles I get the wrong location. Right now it's showing the other car driving for 7 hrs yet the car is parked at home. The other is said to be parked at another location for 1 hr yet it's parked at home. So how do I trust your services if I'm getting wrong information
