I'm so happy with CarTrack service and I feel my vehicle is safe especially with the Carwatch feature, when they said immediately your ignition goes on we call they definitely do I went to an area I normally do not go to and had network issue I could not go into the app to de-activate my carwatch and I got a call instantly and the call was not only to just say is all okay the agent went an extra mile to ensure I am where the vehicle is and confirmed my safety and not just a call to tick boxes.
