I’m not happy with the service they say they have roadside assistance, I had an emergency where my battery was flat I called them and was told that they will send someone over an hour passed no one arrived and I was never called again

I’m not happy with the service they say they have roadside assistance, I had an emergency where my battery was flat I called them and was told that they will send someone over an hour passed no one arrived and I was never called again. Called Nedbank who I have car insurance with and they had someone come assist me in 15 minutes
