I'm not happy with the service I received ,I had to select the emergency option to get assistance i was on the line for 10 minutes holding on for technical snd the thing just said goodbye

I'm not happy with the service I received ,I had to select the emergency option to get assistance i was on the line for 10 minutes holding on for technical snd the thing just said goodbye. This is not the first time I tried to contact you guys with the same results, I even asked one of your technicians to sent you a message since he is the one who referred me with no luck . I'm not happy since I feel if I'm in an emergency ill never get assistance from you guys if I can't get the simplest of help just to update my vehicle details.
