I'm not happy with car track communication

I'm not happy with car track communication. I did a quote and accept it on the road vision Camara. There was on there side debit order problems an yak me the hole day to sort it out. I must phone them the whole time. After everything is sorted out they promise me next day it will be installed by from there side no installation like promised the next day. I cancel it.... No communication from there side
