Im not happy cause I took out a tracker for R99 and I paid R96 and you guys mistakenly debited my account with the amount of R153 and promised that you'll deduct from it the R99 for this month and I'll have to add on the balance left next deduction of which it will be November. Now she calls telling me I owe more than R300. I really don't understand this. Let me not regret the decision I made to join you guys.
