I'm having issues with car track for the past months, after 3 calls Jacob Matlala was accomodating and arranged an appointment for me, in my field of work I can't take o make calls anytime, I'm not allowed to carry my phone on duty, so therefore I couldn't call any sooner, I am surprised that the calls are recorded and nobody reviewed my other calls and tried to correct it deal with the previous consultant that was not helpful at all, also seeing that it's no fault of mine I should have got an immediate appointment to sort whatever is wrong with my tracking device🤷♂️
