I'm extremely dissatisfied with Cartrack's service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Cartrack's service. Despite paying for their services, they've ignored my 5 attempts to contact them. No callbacks, no responses. I'm concerned that if my vehicle gets ******, I'll be left stranded. Their lack of customer care and unprofessionalism is appalling. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take up a contract with them. They seem to only care about debiting monthly payments, not providing actual service.
