Illagal contacted by sms

<p>Cartrack illigaly contacted me by sms - marketing adevert as I am on the National Opt Out Database. I tried to get hold of the marketing department but nobody in that department picke up a phone, then I phoned clienservices were I complained but was but of? How unproffesional and illigal.</p>
