I want to complain about Cartrack’s poor service. After I had my vehicle for about two years, I was involved in an accident and the insurance company wrote the vehicle off. After the accident, I was admitted to the hospital. When I was discharged, I contacted Cartrack so they could assist me in locating the vehicle, but they were unable to do so. As a result, I had to search for the vehicle myself around Bloemfontein at s****yards and auctions, while I was still paying for their tracking service. I complained to Cartrack about the poor service and wanted to cancel the contract, but my brother advised me to continue paying until the contract ended, which I did. I was paying for a service that I did not receive. Now I am receiving emails and SMS messages from Nimhle Group, who claim to represent Cartrack. I asked them to send me a copy of the original contract and my payment profile showing how I paid them, but they failed to provide those documents. I told them to stop harassing me. Cartrack’s service was very disappointing. They even lost the case were they pay millions to their clients.
