If I had to give less than one star, I would. They are very helpful when trying to get you to subscribe to their services, then they add amounts you did not agree upon nor can they explain and then keep it on record while agents tell you different stories each time you ask about those amounts. I cancelled them and paid the cancellation fee along with the monthly installment that I was liable for upon cancellation but they wanted the unexplained amounts. They then debited my account without authorization after I have cancelled. I reached out for reversals and explanations but they completely ignored me. I really regret ever signing up for cartrack and I wouldn't advise even my worst enemy to join them. I am looking into ways to report them officially with consumer protection agencies. I am very unhappy with this company and I despise it so much.
