If I could rate this place with no stars I would

If I could rate this place with no stars I would. I needed them to retrieve units from my old car and reinstall it in the new car. The call centre agent says one thing, the technician says another. Can't trust a service when the service delivery is ****. They keep asking for money and I keep sending proof of payment of the fee but yeah no damn service delivery. I'm literally paying for a tracker and a dash cam and have been driving without it coz they cannot get their **** in order. Technicians aren't showing up to scheduled appointments. Utterly disappointed, they are unprofessional and that's just plain embarrassing. Would not recommend. Let's not even go into the cancelation fee. Disgusting.
