If every call was like this, it would have been 5 stars. This is the first time since I've joined Cartrack that I've had a very pleasant call with an agent. She was energetic, positive, very helpful, and overall friendly. Thank you, Nosiphiwe Maqa, wish more agents would take calls like this.
