If cartrack can’t provide service before how will they behave when your car has been ******

Received absolutely poor service from cartrack from the moment I called to book a unit to now that they made me wait over 5 hrs to fit a unit and didn’t arrive. I made several calls to them asking for reassurance and then they **** and said they tried to call me after reassuring me that ghey would arrive .
