IDIOTS OF THE HIGHEST ****ENORDER....!

You guys are the worst hey.... I asked that me debit order be on the 25th and you choose to debit whenever you feel like it... I constantly get calls about being in ****en arrears and whose fault is that when you choose your own dates to debit.... Today being the 20th you took a debit... WHHYY??? Cancel this **** because even if do the test that you need to do EVERY 3 months nothing happens, no response.... and I want all my premiums back!!!!
