Idiotic

<p>i signed up for a traking devisewith CarTrack i request for a devise that i can self track online or from a mobile app, the devise was intalled i was happy with it, so i ordered a second devise for my other car and requested for the same type that was intalled my first vehicle, they intalled a wrong useless devise</p> <p>i complained to theire technical department who aknowledged that that they intalled a wrong devise and they replaced it with another wrong devise that can't even a correct position of the car</p> <p>i called to complain and requested that they should remove the the devise as they failed to intall the devise i ordered and they now charging me a cancellation fee of R1700 for their own stupidity as they now claim that the devise they intalled in the first vehicle is not supposed to have the features it has, what a bunch of bull</p>
