I'd like to highly commend Sabelo Masina for his exceptional assistance with my issue. Yesterday, November 19, 2025, I had a booking scheduled today that apparently wasn't booked. Despite the initial disappointment and frustration with the technician not arriving today. Sabelo went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He displayed outstanding professionalism, politeness, and customer service skills. Sabelo's expertise and professionalism not only salvaged the situation but also lifted Cartracker's reputation.
