I would like to write a review about Cartrack They charged me R870 for tracker transfer which I was not told about when I took the contract with them. It is not even on records and I refused to pay such because it is very wrong and unfair what they are doing to us as clients. I have my car insurance for theft removed by car insurance because they delayed a process to transfer my car tracker device to my new car . Its been 3 weeks now the matter not resolved. I spoke to Mpho Mabusane on Sat last week regarding the transfer fee of R870, it was a lengthy call but she was much better than preveous consultants I spoke to whom had a nasty attitude and did not help resolving the matter. Mpho did manage to offer me a discount to R400 I am still unhappy though that I have to pay..
