I would like to write a review about Cartrack regarding the service by Kgothatso Lethlapo

I would like to write a review about Cartrack regarding the service by Kgothatso Lethlapo. I find it very annoying and incredibly inconsiderate that he did not complete his promise to have the Cartrack technicians call us regarding making an appointment for fixing the faulty unit. We have explained to him repeatedly the importance of making this appointment as soon as possible. From what I see, he most likely understood the importance of this service being completed and the fact that we did not receive a call from the technicians shows his incredible lack of care and support for our situation. I am not just very unsatisfied with the actions, behavior and attitudes of the Cartrack service providers thus far. I am infuriated and frustrated by their lack in this regard.
