I would like to write a review about Cartrack Really really exceptional bad service, the worst I have ever received

I would like to write a review about Cartrack Really really exceptional bad service, the worst I have ever received. Call day one several times to downgrade, they said thy will call me back .... never did. Call again, same thing. Today finally someone changes it but now I get messages that my account that is under a debit order is 350 in arears. With no bank account and no reference number how should I pay th R 350 Downgrade fee, to top this a new tracker needs to be fitted because a tracker is apparently not just a tracker it differs according to the package you select ??? Now I am waiting for someone that was supposedly going to call me to make an appointment to install the new tracker????? Bad service has a name it is called CARTRACK
