I would like to write a review about Cartrack On the 22 December cartrack double debited my account for the amount of R529
I would like to write a review about Cartrack On the 22 December cartrack double debited my account for the amount of R529.98. The contract I have with them states that on the 20th of every month they will debit R264.99. I called them the same day requesting a refund and I the call was just logged today five days later. The consultanted I spoke to (Nomfundo Dlamini) had no apathy and and told me there is nothing she can do.I then asked her to transfer my call to her line manager but she transfered the call to another consultant.

Today I got a miss from them.I called cartrack regarding the miss call, I was giving a run around for a good 16minitues as the costumer service consultant confirmed the the supervisor in accounts does wanna talk to me. Cause their department is closed and they will refund me on the 8th of January. So now I m gonna be in arrears with my other account cause cartrack. As the decided to double debit my accounts on an amount we have no agreement on. Basically they stole my money as I don't have a contact with them regarding the second debit order and the date the money was taken.
