I would like to write a review about Cartrack On May 14, 2026, I received a call from Cartrack and spoke to Slindokuhle Mthembu regarding my account. The call went well, she was helpful and answered all my questions. When I asked why the amount hadn't been processed with my normal debit order, it was identified as an error on Cartrack's side. I paid the balance using the link they provided and approved a new De*****eck, but they still debited the subscription fee afterward. I'm still not entirely sure what that double processing was about, and I haven't called back yet to clarify, but the initial service from the agent themselves was good.
