I would like to write a review about Cartrack my vehicle was ****** on the 26th March 2025. To date I have not recieved a call from Cartrack explaining who recovered the vehicle. Recovery team wad great they returned my remotes and a few loose items. Today I responded to a sales request and was called in seconds. My vehicle was written off and they have just continued billing me with no call regarding my options. Today I was informed that if I wanted to cancell I needed to pay R2600 to complete my contract. And various other charges if I required the unit installed in another vehicle. Terrible service won't use them again. Regards Andrew Walden
