I would like to write a review about Cartrack ,my experience was rather unsettling at first with the agent that first came out to install my cartrack device ,which lead to me having car issues,not much care or after service was given to me until head office got involved, the second agent was proper in how he did things and my matters were addressed, Riona was very helpful and kind. I felt much better after dealing with her, she allowed me to voice my concerns with how rude and arrogant some of the call center agents were when I was voicing my issues. All in all I would say dealing with Riona saved cartrack in having me as a client.
