I would like to write a review about Cartrack I was assisted by Kamogelo Malatji Quite concerned about the service as i didn't get any alerts on app, sms and a call even for a customer whose been with service provider this long. Kamogelo assure me all is in order nothing to see on system further he wanted to check the alert if it's active. Lad went an extra mile to assure me all he can do. I will call in tomorrow and if i don't get concrete feedback from agent i will definitely switch provider's i live in a dangerous area where hijackings and car theft is on forever on the rise.
