I would like to write a review about Cartrack, I submitted a complaint to the CEO's office, and was thereafter contacted by a lady by the name of Kavitha Lalla. She attended to my complaint and resolved the matter successfully. It was a scheduling issue and she ensured that my vehicle got fitted on the day so that I could pick it up. I was very impressed with her service, it was a breath of fresh air from all the other Cartrack agents who had no clue what they were doing. She even called in the afternoon to ensure that everything went well. I hope that the other agents can learn from her in terms of efficient effect service. Once again thanks Kavitha
