I would like to write a review about Cartrack I have been having problems with my tracker unit since December 2024. I would phone, schedule an appointment with the technician for repairs but nobody will pitch for 2 times. I was once told that I'm staying too far. What I have noticed is that ever since I took the lifetime warranty, I have never been helped as compared to when I was paying for a technician to come. Today I spoke to Pumziwe Ulana and she promised to escalate the problem as a complaint and I hope this time I will get help. If I'm not getting any help within this week I have to terminate my services which started from 2019 and I was happy all along till last year. I'm very disappointed with the car track customer service, especially the maintenance department 😡😡
