I would like to write a review about Cartrack I have a very bad experience with their service my tracking device was not for 3 months and upoun realizing I called the tracking company to inform them that am unable see movements of my car and whn I called them they also noted and father said that they also are not able to see it on their system On the same month I called them more than for times and all consultants assured me that they will send a technician who will come and do the repairs. Till today nothing was done. I ended up calling the tracking company and canceling my contract with them. I further asked them to return back the money that was taken into my account for the three months that my car tracking device that was not working. Because they were aware that their tracking device is not working and yet they continued taking money for the service that was not rendered to me.
