I would like to write a review about Cartrack, I had the worse experience spend 13 hours on the road

I would like to write a review about Cartrack, I had the worse experience spend 13 hours on the road. The service provider Tow Truck was very unprofessional and harassed me even swearing at me while on the call with constants from CarTrack. Driver refused to drop me at the my destination calling all names but took my car to the battery center and took off the car from his truck and left me for 5 hours the CarTrack told me they can’t give another driver was stranded for 13 hours.
