I would like to write a review about Cartrack: I had an electrical breakdown at night, I called cartrack for assistance, I have to say this, a guardian angel nammed Seritha Skhosana, assisted me step by step until I got assisted. Her priority was my safety, she kept on asking if I was safe where I was. She followed my moves till I got home safe. These are people we need for assistance in dark situations like these. I have also to thank CARTRACK for the road assistance management. I first called my car dealership TOYOTA which gives me road side assistance, but guess what? They said that they will come back to me and till now they NEVER did. I then called CARTRACK which handled smoothly, speedily, and safely the matter. Thank you Seritha Skosana and do again the same to those in need.
