I would like to write a review about Cartrack
I would like to write a review about Cartrack. Firstly your car watch feature is not working. It has been a week! Contacted your call centre for support, they advised me to remove my car battery!! What nonsense ?? I was told to restart the app which I did okay ?? But still isn’t working.. HOW SAFE IS MY CAR ? I am PAYING every month and you guys do not forget to deduct my money every month on the 25th morning without fail.. Please disconnect me from this car watch nonsense, your service is appalling by the way.

25 Oct 2024, 10:22It’s so unfortunate that we can only rate with 1 upwards.. I had just received a call from Tebogo from the CEO’s office lol.. Tebogo seemed not to have product knowledge, basic thing as GPS, he spoke as someone who is not sure and so not confident with what he’s saying, kept putting me on long holds and come back with no solution.. ended up saying he will book me someone to come and activate the carwatch feature 🤦🏽♀️ within COB which I know that won’t happen.
