I would like to write a review about Cartrack

I would like to write a review about Cartrack. I've been a customer of Cartrack for the 6 years since I started my business and lately I've been receiving a very bad service from them. I sold a vehicle to someone 6 months ago and submitted a signed change of ownership of Cartrack unit to them but 6 months later, they still haven't changed ownership of the unit and I'm still paying its subscription. I've made follow ups many times still it seems to me like they are not interested in resolving this issue.
