I would like to write a review about Cartrack. Our truck with the trailer was hijacked on 20/05/24. Had the worst experience with Cartrack. The control room did not provide updates. I had to phone to get information. The device was jammed and nobody in the control room, nor the rep could explain how this works. The trailer was found in the search for the truck. It was a mission to get the location to send our security. I need information for the insurance claim. I contacted Terry-Lyn who did not respond. After many phone calls a person by the name of Andries answeres her cell and I was treated with sarcasm. This experience was shocking to say the least.
