I would like to write a review about Cartrack. i was hijacked last year in May, Catracker picked up the signal, and the car was moving towards Thembisa. But they then lost the signal. Numerous phone calls and emails were sent to them, someone will come back to me in 24 hours or my call will be transferred from one person to another. This morning, it was transferred to 3 people for a period of 1 hour, and the talk continued. Last week, I received an email saying the case closed. I didn't comply with a rule that said I need to call them to give them an update.
